COVID-19

We go above and beyond CDC and New York State recommendations in taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other viruses.

All providers are fully vaccinated.

We have always taken cleanliness and safety seriously, this pandemic emphasizes the importance of those actions for the safety of each patient, staff, and the community and world as a whole.

Thank you for joining us in these practices.

Your Safety Is Our Highest Priority

Our Staff

All providers are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and undergo daily temperature and symptom checks. Should exposure occur for any provider or patient in our space, we will work with NYS and the CDC to avoid risk and prevent spread.

Sanitation Protocols

We are sanitizing high touch surfaces and all areas of patient contact between each appointment as well as performing daily disinfection of the entire office space.

Air Filtration

We utilize a high quality HEPA air filter to decrease potential viral load in the air. We schedule appointments to allow adequate time for cleaning as well as air filtration.

Limited Capacity and Proximity

All patients are scheduled with ample time for check out and cleaning between appointments. Please arrive on time to avoid unnecessary physical proximity to others. All seating in our office is spaced in excess of CDC recommendations.

Contactless Temperature Checks

All patients and guests will be screened with a contactless thermometer upon arrival at the office. If your temperature is 100.4° F or higher we will help you to reschedule.

Covid Screenings and Contact Tracing

All patients will be asked a series of screening questions regarding symptoms and potential exposure prior to each appointment. Please answer these questions truthfully.

If in the two weeks following an appointment you become ill, present with symptoms of COVID, learn you were exposed to COVID prior to the appointment, or test positive, please inform us immediately so that we may take appropriate precautionary measures in a timely fashion.

Your Role in COVID Safety:

Call us if you’re symptomatic or exposed.

Call us if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of smell and taste, runny nose, or have been exposed to COVID. We will happily reschedule your appointment and discuss any measures you can take while you are tested, quarantine, or recover in the safety of your home.

To reschedule, please give us a call at (914) 200-1475

Wear a mask.

For safety, everyone will be masked at all times in treatment spaces.

Providers will be wearing triple layered filtration masks during all hands-on treatment. We ask patients to utilize surgical style masks or similarly shaped, multiple layer cloth masks (avoiding masks with unfiltered valves, bandanas, or “gators” which are not as effective at limiting particle spread). We will happily provide a mask for those who need it.

Following CDC protocol and best practices, we will continue masking for all staff and patients, including those who are vaccinated.

Wash your hands.

Prior to arriving in the treatment office, please stop by the restroom and wash your hands.

Providers wash their hands at least hourly, as well as between each patient, in addition to use of hand sanitizer at regular intervals and when touching common surfaces.

Practice social distancing.

Arrive on time and maintain social distancing with others in the building and waiting area.

Please avoid unnecessarily waiting in common spaces if possible.
